I am a formaer fulbright grantee. I came to Boston College during the academic year 1994-1995 on a fulbright research scholarship. Your journal is of a great interest to me. I wonder whether I can participate with publications. I also would like to know about the place of this journal among others. I would like to know about the nature of participations, poems, articles, thesis, or any other restrictions. Your journal is super interesting. I would love to contribute. What about the scientific value of publications? Thanks in advance.
